How do I schedule a tour?
Scheduling a tour is simple. You can fill out the contact form on our Contact page, give us a call at (405) 262-2436, or stop by the office during business hours. Our team will set up a convenient time to walk you through the available units.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you have an after hours maintenance emergency, our 24-hour emergency maintenance line is available to all residents.
Do you offer virtual tours?
At the moment, we offer in person tours only. You can schedule a visit to walk the property and view available units.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. If you need a faster answer, we recommend calling our office directly during business hours for immediate assistance.
Can I check availability before contacting you?
Yes, you can browse our current floor plans and pricing on the Available Units page to get a general idea of what is open. For the most current availability, we recommend reaching out to our team directly as units can change quickly.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome pets at La Villa Elms Apartments. Pets must be under 25 pounds and a pet interview is required prior to approval. Breed restrictions do apply and a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 is required at move in.
What utilities are included in rent?
Water, trash, and sewage are all included in your monthly rent. Residents are only responsible for electricity. All units are full electric with central heat and air conditioning provided.
